AT&F is a major producer of components for construction cranes and mining equipment, structural sections for shipbuilding, nuclear power plant related components as well specialty stainless steel fabrications to serve chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
AT&F has a number of subsidiaries and affiliates. AT&F wholly owns and operates AT&F Nuclear, Inc., AT&F Advanced Metals, LLC, AT&F Marine, AT&F Structures, AT&F Wisconsin, and AT&F India. The company is also the majority owner of AMTANK Armor, a manufacturing, and technology joint venture with a Danish firm, Composhield.
