You shall be liable to, indemnify, and hold harmless BOBS, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which result from your misuse of this Site in any fashion, any violation of the TOS, or the failure to fulfill your obligations hereunder. BOBS may take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this paragraph. In such event, you will cooperate fully with us.

User Opt-In Email Registration
Every email message sent in connection with the Services will contain an "unsubscribe" link that allows USER to remove them from IndustryArchive.org mailing list.

Upon registration for Opt-In Email notices, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and (b) maintain and promptly update said data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or BOBS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, BOBS has the right to suspend or terminate your email registration and discontinue the sending of all current or future notices.
